| William Benac is a Sr. Operations Executive at Cerberus Capital Management LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus, Bill was CFO of several public and private companies including American Railcar, Bill also served as Chairman and CEO of United Credit National Bank, and President of EDS and GTE Finance Corporations. Benac is a CPA, CMA, member of the New York and Connecticut bar associations, the National Advisory Council of the Marriott School of Management. | Stephen B. Oveson, Served as chairman of the Board of Founders of the Center for Entrepreneurship. He is president of Suite Thinking, Inc. a management consulting business to the all-suites hotel industry. He is also managing partner and majority owner of Zions Suites Partnership. Oveson is partner in Osar, Ltd., Vista Development Joint Venture II, Rita Partners, and Buena Vista LLC. He is also a part owner of TKO, LKO, and DynoComm, Inc. | Mrs. Ruby Ponniah, President – has been associated with Pathway from the last two decades. She was an honorary magistrate presiding over petty civil cases in the magistrate’s court in Chennai. A well known member of the Lion’s club international, held several positions. She has assisted Pathway in several projects. | ![]() |
| A.D.S.N. Prasad, General Secretary, a speech pathologist & audiologist qualified from the reputed All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysore. Prasad established the Pathway Centre for Rehabilitation and Education of Mentally Retarded in the year 1975 The organization that was established with just 2 children has successfully assisted over 20,000 children and adults with various problems. He has published several papers and has participated in National and International conferences on early identification of strokes, cerebral palsy, deafness etc. He sits on and chairs several government panels and committees including the Grant Committee and the Special Olympics Tamil Nadu. Prasad has served in the Rehabilitation Unit of Audiology and Speech Pathology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and in other leading institutions and hospitals at Chennai. | ![]() |
| Chandra Prasad has been associated with Pathway from the past 24 years. A well qualified nutrionist qualified from Mysore and a Special Educator, has advanced degrees from the Universities of Bangalore, Mysore and Annamalai University and also from the leading National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped. A gold medalist. As a gifted artist, designer, and a creator, she is currently a director(technical) looking after the day to day operations of the organization. | Sudha Subrmaniam attended the prestigious London Chamber of Commerce obtaining Certification in Accountancy in Singapore. she has post-graduate degrees in Administration and Marketing. She has been very active and highly successful in the fields of Finance and Insurance. She has won many awards in this area. She is also well qualified in special education for mentally retarded from Bhoj University. Sudha Subramaniam She has been serving Pathway as Director of special projects from the past four years, concentrating on specially designed strategies, methodologies and endeavors in fund raising as well as disseminating information. She is actively involved in creating business models with the corporate world exploring avenues all the time for the promotion of the organization and its products, made by the disabled in corporate as well as the media. | ![]() |
